Dear Parents,

It’s the end of term, and time for one of our favorite moments, Open Class!

Parents are invited to join the last 20 minutes to see your kids in their immersion class environment. You will see your kids interacting with their peers and learning with our methodology, with the following key pieces:

• You will see language being acquired as an ability 
• You will see them play intentional games for linguistic purposes
• You will see their immersion environment lead by a trained native English ESL teacher (English as a Second Language Teacher)
• You will see Relentless Loving Correction: students being corrected in their pronunciation in a positive environment 
• You will see Total Physical Response: a dynamic classroom setting where both students and teachers move around the classroom to facilitate learning 
• You will see teamwork and collaboration.
• In each level, the AnGlophonizers will determine the structures that we are currently practicing.

Queridos padres,

Con el final del trimestre llega uno de nuestros momentos favoritos, ¡Open Class!  Estas jornadas de puertas abiertas nos encantan porque sirven para que veáis a vuestros hijos en un entorno de inmersión y comprobéis cómo evolucionan siguiendo el plan de estudios que hemos diseñado para ellos. Durante Open Class, veréis a vuestros hijos/as trabajando con nuestra metodología:

• Veréis que el lenguaje se adquiere como habilidad no como conocimiento.
• Los veréis participar en juegos intencionales con fines lingüísticos.
• Veréis su entorno de inmersión dirigido por un profesor nativo de inglés ESL (English as a Second Language)
• Veréis a su profesor aplicando Corrección Positiva e Implacable: los alumnos son corregidos en su pronunciación en un ambiente positivo
• Veréis Respuesta Totalmente Física: un entorno de clase dinámico en el que trabajamos en movimiento en ciertas actividades para facilitar el aprendizaje.
• Veréis trabajo en equipo y colaboración.
• En cada nivel, los AnGlophonizers determina las estructuras y vocabulario que se está trabajando.
